About Us
The Health and Wealth Collective, founded by Katrina High in honor of her father, Teddy High, is dedicated to fostering generational health and wealth equity within under-resourced communities.

Katrina's personal journey, marked by limited resources and access to wealth, inspired her to create a nonprofit that addresses these intertwined issues.

"I didn't grow up poor, but I did grow up with limited resources and less access to wealth," she says. "We can't discuss health inequity without addressing wealth inequity because they are inextricably linked.

Wealth inequity could be a determinant and major cause of health inequity."

PROGRAMMING
Our Programs
Access
A
Access is the first step toward equity and empowerment. We are committed to breaking down barriers and creating pathways for individuals and families to achieve the opportunities they need to thrive.
Whether it's access to education, career resources, or community support, our mission is to open doors that lead to a brighter, more equitable future.
Resources
R
Resources are the tools that turn dreams into reality. We provide access to a wide range of support, including educational materials, workshops, and financial assistance.
As part of our commitment, individuals can apply for grants such as the Margie Price Scholarship or the Entrepreneurial Seed Money Grant to help bring their visions to life. We are here to ensure that you have what you need to succeed.
Mentorship
M
Mentorship is the bridge to transformative change. Our mentorship program connects individuals with seasoned mentors who provide personalized guidance, inspiration, and support. Whether you’re seeking career advice, navigating life’s challenges, or aspiring to develop new skills, our mentors are here to help you unlock your full potential. Together, we build lasting relationships that empower and uplift.
Mission/Vision
Our Mission
To reduce health disparities and close the wealth gap in underserved communities by equipping individuals with Access, Resources, and Mentorship (Giving a helping A.R.M.). We center career women caregivers working in the life science industry — often unseen and under supported — to lighten their burden and ensure they, their families, and their communities can thrive.

Our Vision
To build a future where supporting career women caregivers unlocks generational health and wealth that transforms families, industries, and society.
